Intuitive, balanced, dynamic, and internally powerful, this program uses the Body Bar FLEX to explore full body training in three dimensions.  Explore functionally-sound, core-based, standing progressions that allow for strengthening, lengthening, and dynamic balance.  Learn how to use different angles to achieve effective conditioning and deeper stretching while applying the ‘build strength through length’ method with a mindful approach.  Classical strength applications, fused with Pilates, Barre, and Yoga techniques, will allow this workout to endure from now until Zen!  Presented by June Kahn
