Yoga Strength

 

Yoga Strength provides a total body workout that develops strength, cardiovascular conditioning, balance and flexibility. Using the mini Body Bar, more strength is built into existing yoga postures enhancing body awareness, increasing physical control and facilitating body mastery. Because it involves a comprehensive and integrated approach, Yoga Strength produces a stronger, longer, leaner and more graceful physique. It also helps reduce stress, tension and fatigue through its mindfulness, dynamic movement, deep breathing and muscular focus. The posture link together in a fluid heat building way and the mini Body Bar is used for much of the workout.
